Jennifer L. Snodgrass

Ms. Snodgrass was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003. She obtained her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Ms. Snodgrass received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She graduated cum laude. Ms. Snodgrass is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, as well as all courts of the State of California. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and Women Lawyers of Sacramento.

Ms. Snodgrass has been an associate with The Sieving Law Firm (formerly Sieving & Momjian) since 2004. Prior to working at The Sieving Law Firm, Ms. Snodgrass was employed with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office and United States Attorney's Office. Her areas of practice include construction defect litigation, product liability, personal injury, collections, insurance and contract matters. Ms. Snodgrass has honed her advocacy skills by litigating in front of juries, arbitration panels and the Fourth District Court of Appeal. She has appeared in federal and state cases in California, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Florida and Pennsylvania.

Ms. Snodgrass' personal interests include traveling, reading, baking and scuba diving. Ms. Snodgrass was PADI certified in Kao Tao, Thailand in 1999. Ms. Snodgrass is a member of the Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento #1032, which does charitable fund raising and activities for local children.
